I’m glad you found me. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois. I am proud to own and operate a private mental health practice in the heart of our small-town community.

Many of my clients describe my approach as “human to human,” ensuring that you are met with a genuine, collaborative, and intuitive approach, helping you connect with the best version of you. I maintain an eclectic approach to treatment, offering a wider scope of evidence-based theories and interventions to best support you in meeting your goals.
I am currently completing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) training, an evidence-based therapy designed to help people process traumatic experiences, reduce emotional distress, and foster lasting healing.
